SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATION
Welcome Trailblazers.
Our Mission
The School of Communication Trailblazer Program aims to empower and support first-generation college students and students from marginalized and underrepresented communities. This peer-driven initiative is designed to provide undergraduate students with the knowledge and resources necessary to promote self-efficacy and foster a welcoming, inclusive academic environment.
Who is a First-Generation Student?
A student whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have not completed a bachelor’s degree. This means that you are the first person in your family to attend a four-year college/university to attain a bachelor’s degree (Chapman University)
