SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATION

Welcome Trailblazers.

Our Mission

The School of Communication Trailblazer Program aims to empower and support first-generation college students and students from marginalized and underrepresented communities. This peer-driven initiative is designed to provide undergraduate students with the knowledge and resources necessary to promote self-efficacy and foster a welcoming, inclusive academic environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Trailblazers program?

The trailblazer program is aimed at first-generation students within the School of Communication to help them get acclimated to life on campus. We have a series of events to foster that sense of community at Chapman and the School of Communication. Check our events page to learn more about our upcoming events!

What if I’m not in the School of Communication, can I still attend the events?

Yes! We welcome students from all schools. You don’t have to be a first-generation student to attend the events.
